15-year-old Hope is a lovely old boy who is looking for a home as a house cat. He found himself with us a few months ago when his elderly owner could no longer give him the care he needed.
He needs a quiet home with gentle people who understand the needs of elderly cats.
He is neutered, fully vaccinated and microchipped.
He tends to get anxious in new situations, and people, so his new family must be patient and understanding with him.
He will probably be better in a home with no dogs or young children. He would be best suited as an only cat as he can get grumpy with some cats, however is friendly with others so would be hard to say exactly how this fella will behave!
We would love to find him a lovely stress free and quiet home where he could be comfy and cosy living the rest of his life.
Hope does have a couple of cysts, one on his head and one under his neck. He has seen a vet and has received treatment for them, however these will be something that will always be there. They do not bother him and as long as this continues and they don’t get bigger, he won’t need further treatment.
