UPDATE ON JOSHUA: Sweet (but very anxious) Joshua is needing a second surgery on his smashed jaw due to the first one failing. He is at the veterinary hospital in Newcastle today for a different way of wiring his jaw, which we are hoping will work better for his complicated fracture.

Overnight last night he managed to take off his Cone of Bravery, but fortunately he did not damage the tube that he is being fed through. Pictures taken this morning before his trip to hospital.

Although he is still scared, he is starting to relax more and has a lovely purr. He doesn’t know what he did to warrant being kicked by that human, but he needs your help, and so do we.

His veterinary expenses from the first 5 days in our care (19th of June up until yesterday 23rd June) came to a massive £1506.31. This is not counting today’s procedure which will again be significant.

We won’t give up on Joshua.
