Casper
Three year old Casper came to us as a tiny puppy. He has a condition known as Neuron Axon Dystrophy, which affects him in many ways. He is a gentle soul, who loves attention, but he has some incontinence problems. He also is inclined to stumble if he gets tired on his walks.
